BoopreelTerms of use
Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms are between you and The Open Apps, Inc. ("we"), which operates Boopreel.
Using Boopreel
- You must be 13 or older.
- Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and only of animals. Don't upload photos of people, and don't try to make clips of people.
- Don't use Boopreel for anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or meant to mislead (for example, passing off a clip as real footage).
- Each person can make up to 3 clips a day. We may limit or pause the service to keep it running.
Your photos and clips
You keep the rights you have in your photo. You give us permission to process it to make and show your clip. You may use your clips for any lawful purpose, including posting them on social media. Please keep the "AI" mark so viewers know the clip was AI-generated.
AI output
Clips are made by an AI model and can look odd or not match the effect exactly. They are provided as they are, without warranties. If a clip fails, it doesn't count toward your daily limit.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Boopreel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for clips, that is zero). Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Delaware law governs these terms, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
