My photo was refused

Boopreel animates animals only. If a person is in view, even partly, the photo is refused; crop the person out or use a photo of just your pet. If no animal is found, try a photo where your pet is larger and in focus. Refused photos don't count toward the 3 clips a day.

The clip isn't showing

Most clips take about a minute; when nobody has made one for a while, our video machine starts up first and the clip takes a few minutes. If the card stays on "Making your clip", ask ChatGPT "is my Boopreel clip ready?" and it will send the clip's page link.

Saving to TikTok, Reels or Shorts

Open the clip's page (Save video in the card). On a phone, Share opens the share sheet, where you can save to Photos or post to TikTok directly. On a computer, Save video downloads the MP4.

The daily limit

Each person can make 3 clips a day; the count starts again at midnight in your time zone. Clips that fail don't count.

New effects

A new effect arrives every Monday; the next one is on October 26. Ask ChatGPT "what's new on Boopreel this week?".

Deleting your data

Ask ChatGPT "delete all my Boopreel clips". It deletes every clip, photo and page right away. You can also email us.
